Hello Wenndy,
the lack of energy is a common problem in depression.
If you are already supplemented with enough L-Thyroxin the
reason for low energy might be located elsewhere.
I suggest a simple and cheap test for a week if it restores energy.
It is a supplementation using 2 different methods at the same time
but the combination is powerful.
A. 1 fizzy tablet a day containing 10 mg iron and around 200 mg vitamin C
which is cheap from drugstore (50 Cent a bottle)
cave: iron supplementation without vitamin C gives bad adsorption results.
and may not work.
B. Fishoil capsules needed 3 grams in total a day
Costs are in drugstore 120 Omega-3 capsules each containing 600 mg
fishoil with 30% EPA and 5 mg vitamin-E 2.99 Euro
C. 2 x 2 spoonful sugar beet molasses a day
A bottle molasses 450 grams cost only 99 Cent in supermarket.
Because molasses is containing a lot of sugar you should not suffer
from diabetes or in case you should calculate the amount of sugar
for proper diabetes medication.
Regards
Hugo
I am definitely lacking in the energy department but can't figure out
> if it's my thyroid or my depression . . . lol
